Honestly a plot twist would be if the baby dies. I hate the direction where the story is going. He let his bastard (literally) sister continuously beat her. While he was fucking her she got secluded and almost caught. Now he wants to go find her because he knows that’s the Empress sister. I hope she doesn’t go back to him but her Stockholm Syndrome ass is going to crawl right back to him.

Honestly it shocked me on how much I love this story. Like she died and came back but she doesn’t know anything about the ml or the ‘plot’ unlike so many isekai stories. They have such good chemistry
