Lolol no they're not siblings! The one she's talking about is the guy with the same haircolor as hers, he's her brother. You have to look at the previous chapter to get the context, but I recommend reading from where you left off because it's kind of a spoiler

Honestly FL has a lot to unpack. She chose this route by lying to Roger and manipulating him to think that she despises him enough to kill his mother, even when it's all just an accident. I get it, FL's love knows no bounds that she'd choose to be hated by the man she loves and trusts the most just so he'd no longer suffer or experience hardships brought by her *curse*. However, with proper analysis of THEIR situation and maybe a little bit of emotional regulation, she could be in a better place now. FL thinks that the decision she's chosen is the best she could ever come up, but the truth is there could have been a much healthier and peaceful way of dealing with things.
I know that her complexities and the complexities of her relationship with other characters makes this webtoon such a good psychological horror, but, she wouldn't suffer as much as she is right now if she was only in her right mind and made an effort to stop and think of the consequences of her decisions just right before FL and Roger separated ways. I think that, FL is a self-sacrificing character, even when she kept insisting that what she's been doing is for her own benefit too.
It fears me so much how deeply scarred FL would be once her charm's deactivated or at least lowered. The trauma and the PTSD would be so bad it'd probably keep her up at night :'0... But despite all of the things happening to her, she seems to be mentally strong, however due to her tendency to mentally breakdown, I would say she's more resilient than strong.
I know it would be impossible for this webtoon that the FL would end up with no one (though I really wish she'd just be happy on her own :'D), she'd likely end up with Roger, seeing as how he's the only person she has an actual feelings for. But it's hard to think of how they'd reconcile, I've just seen FL break and she's probably gone past the point of trusting someone again.
The thing with sir Roger is that, he's so crazy.. At one point he'd say things from his pov about how he loves FL however then he'd say things that he knows would hurt FL. I think HE truly believes what lies FL told him, which is kind of sad and realistic. Also, I think he's been acting out of jealousy, like that one time he attempted to destroy the ring FL wanted, and reasoned out that it's because the ring is from the man she "loves". This man is so broken, his mother died and he's being made to believe that the person he loves is the one who killed her. And FL is the same, as she sacrificed her comfort and the trust between her and her only companion just to ensure he'd never be hurt again, and this cost her so much, I know it hurts FL too that she had to sever her relationship with someone who has shown her nothing but grace and respect. I know how lonely it feels to leave someone that gives you comfort just for their own sake...
ANYWAYS I HOPE THIS WEBTOON WILL HAVE A HAPPY ENDING Honestly this feels like a tragedy now
For FL's case, I think she's too stressed to actually sits down and gives it a proper thought to deal her relationship with Roger in healthy way rather than the way she's now. She has been so traumatised and can't even relax with how much people go crazy over her at a glance..

His mother's funeral incident might have been her last straw to be lying to Roger about his mother's death
