I read spoilers on the novel but here it says it’ll differ from the novel. I wonder if the seme will have a redemption arc, he seems to want the uke to like him? Why buy him yummy food?

Thinking about the kind of person Chaejun is, I couldn’t help but wonder, how lucky can Seunghyun be to have met someone like him? The kind of guy who quietly watches over him, protecting him without making a big deal of it. The kind of guy who holds onto every little thing Seunghyun says, even when he isn’t being serious. Seunghyun drunkenly says that he owes him underwear? The very next day, Chaejun buys it for him (Seunghyun doesn’t even remember). Seunghyun drunkenly says he could just live with him forever? Chaejun takes it as a marriage proposal.

But why does he love Seunghyun so much? Beyond his ability to make him sleep, what is it about this bratty, forceful, random guy that made him fall so hard?

Then I remembered their professor. Their accidental matchmaker. He openly favored Chaejun as a student and worried about his absences. For his star student, he thought hard about who could drag his ass to class, before landing on Seunghyun. And he was RIGHT. Not only did Seunghyun strong-arm him into attending class, but with that same forceful personality, he unknowingly broke down the prickly Chaejun’s walls and carved out a place in his heart. On top of his strong personality, he also has moments of vulnerability where he triggers Chaejun’s protective instinct. We see Chaejun quietly watching over him and protecting him, his head, his fingers, and making a plan to solve the plagiarism issue that gave Seunghyun so much anxiety. It’s probably in these soft moments of weakness that Chaejun fell the hardest.

Seunghyun is strong minded and willful but he becomes needy without even realizing around Chaejun. Chaejun doesn’t question it, he only welcomes everything that he is, indulging Seunghyun with quiet devotion, taking care of him like it’s is the most natural thing in the world

They really were made for each other and I am so thankful to the professor for seeing that lol <3

I just realized Chaejun protected Seunghyun’s head in chapter 8 when they fell, paralleling protecting his head in the storage closet and foreshadowing how much he will take care of Seunghyun. Sweet boy

This manhwa gives me mad anxiety.
Yoonwoo’s baby daddy is hard to tell and its sending me down a rabbit hole. My prediction (NOT canon, just theorizing) is that I think Yoonwoo will end up with Heowoon (white hair) and he may still be the dad after all

The reasons why I think so are:
1.) The author shows what looks like a short haired Heowoon hugging Yoonwoo in chapter 23. Prosecutor Nam remarks they are very close despite knowing each other only a year and wonders is there something between them hes not accounting for? Heowoon at the end of chapter 28 said hes been waiting a long time to be next to Yoonwoo. Is one year a long time? It seems like Heowoon knew Yoonwoo before? Plus in one of the authors notes (28.5) she remarks that Heowoon held onto his virginity for awhile before using sex as a tool in his work. Who was he holding onto it for? (I still hate he slept around though)

2.) Yoonwoo has very averse reactions towards Prosecutor Nam, like dissociating during their dub con scene, refusing to masturbate to him and making a very scared face when he gives him a kiss in chapter 24. He really doesnt seem to like him at all lol.

3.) The child Yoonwoo dreamt of is just a dream. We don’t know what the child really will look like. It is possible the child really will have brown fur, but we also see that in his family his mom has brown hair similar to the hue that the dream baby has and his brother also seems to be brown in color. Maybe Yoonwoo carries those brown haired genes even if he himself doesnt express it. Plus in his fox form, Yoonwoo also has black tips on his ears and paws so that doesnt really mean much.

All in all it FEELS like the author is pushing for Heowoon end game and potentially baby daddy as well?
Though there are potential clues it could actually be the prosecutor lol, this dude has his arms around Yoonwoo on the cover always drinks hot milk when he visits the hospital and we know that Yoonwoo smells like hot milk and Soohyeon feels like hes smelled that scent before. Who knows, it really is anyones bet but its fun to theorize. And Im open to counterpoints, I suck at predicting end game when it’s this close. See Arts Manz.
What I really want is for Yoonwoo to be genuinely happy and treated well whoever he ends up with, and either potential MLs would need to clean up/change their act quite a bit for that to happen.

Throughout the whole story so far the uke does some crazy things and makes some demanding requests despite them not dating, and the seme just dances along to his tune and gives into him lol. From the seme’s perspective, the uke really is the weirdo. I love this kind of seme and I love their dynamic

Seunghyun’s feelings for Chaejun run surprisingly deep. Their bickering is so funny so I was surprised to see the depth of his feelings.
In chapter 24 of the raws, another student is about to stab Chaejun but Seunghyun blocks it with his own shoulder and he doesn’t even react to the stab before kicking the guy away and yelling at him for almost hurting his child.
Yes, Seunghyun referred to Chaejun as “my child”. In that moment, Seunghyun instinctively protected Seunghyun as if he were his own child. And also that endearment is so unusual the Korean comment section in the raws are also freaking about it lol.
