Recently in the last month or so I began working more closely with a lead in the team I’m in at work and it really surprised me just how compassionate he was. He was friendly, understanding, and communicated with confidence and respect no matter what.

Yes, the most popular BLs have plots and powerful figures that resonate with a lot of people despite having very toxic male leads and SA.
