As we all know, Cassis has healing abilities which grow stronger depending on the intensity of body contact or skinship. And one of the best ways to heal a nearly-dead person from dying is by kissing them on their lips. So without worrying about the place and the people around them, he kissed Roxana right then and there, and moved inside the carriage as he carried Roxana while still kissing her lips.
