Yep, I agree and ALL of the men in the story just gives me the ick. I dropped it a LOOONG time ago (I think it was 2017 ish?) but when I saw it again I wanted to read it because I forgot mostly everything but when I read it again I couldn't get past chapter 20. It's not just the characters that are basic and terrible but also the plot. I see the potential and if it has better writing/story telling then it would be decent. This is like a Wattpad story written by a 14 year old
The flow of the story and dialogue ain't smooth at all, I don't how to say this but the first thing in my mind was it's choppy and the characters personalities are inconsistent
