Idk I'm confuse with the author/artist. In some panel you an see her older but there are also panels shown she is still a young kid. If you mean "she is older because she got reincarnated" well yes you have a point but shipping them when their body are still kids is weird. Especially if you ship her other than the Male Lead.
So let me get this straight, FL thought ML left her but the real reason ML left because he wanted to get strong and gain some power so that he can get her but now FL became a "bloodthirsty" tyrant (plus her family tormenting her). So ML will doubt FL? or get angry at her? Honestly, I hope the plot doesn't revolve in this misunderstanding trope cuz it's getting very tiring.
