I don't know the fully detailed since I only read the spoilers from novelupdates forum WAAAYYY back but from what I remember Moondae had the courage to tell Ahyeon about the system and he didn't believe Moondae and implied maybe he's crazy and needs some help. After that things get a bit awkward between them.
To be fair ahyeon knows a lot about the original moodae. He knows he has no memory of his past and tried to kill himself before becoming an idol. How he comes out to you as “living his second life” I understand y he didn’t believe him.
Tho it doesn’t make me any less disappointed. How dare he not believe use when moodae literally carried him to becoming an idol. Hmph ima stop seeing him as a deer.

It's a normal reaction from Ahyeon's part. It's actually a solid response, it's better than him immediately believing Moonpuppy's confession right of the bat. But seriously.....I do hope that they reconciled already cuz they're my fav ship (like duo)

They reconciled. Moondae ask help from Cheongryu, Gold 2, Ryu Chungwo, and the original moondae. Basically everyone who knows the truth to help him explain his circumstances hahaha
