9- 19: actual delinquents/can fight
20- 32: misunderstood ones, because of their appearance/actions they are seen as scary/hard to approach
33- 44: some buff bottoms
45- 54: gap moe but reverse, they look pretty/cute on the outside but actually have a bad personality or they are pretty tough/blunt
