ohhh i think i know where the author is going with this. im sad that the baby is gone(?) but i think it's for the better. i mean, the child was made from grape . taeju kept the debt to keep euihyun bound to him by something coz he's not confident that euihyun might stay with him for love. after the kidnapping incident, taeju said that he'll let go of the debt for real this time to earn euihyun's forgiveness and trust. so when he found out that euihyun was pregnant, he realized that those times where euihyun was reacting to his pheromones and being comfortable around him was only because he's pregnant. so they're still bound to something aka the baby. taeju also realized that him being together with euihyun will make euihyun exposed in more problems in the future. so i think he wants to give up, let go of euihyun (nooooo)
i think the author doesn't want them to be together binded to "something" (like debt or a child made from grape). he/she wants the two to have a proper ending. maybe the author will give them time separately or make euihyun come to taeju willingly.
alsooo i noticed the oceanlike image in their bodies, probably symbolizing depression(?). euihyun has it and in the last panel, it was transferred to taeju. so yeah now taeju is the one who'll probably be depressed and sewersidal with all the happenings. back then it was euihyun who wants to give up and now it's taeju. geatay di na ko oi kalisod iexplain.
