The reason why I like the MC’s toxic ass so much:
Ever since the two met up again, I’ve noticed that even though the MC’s words were pretty much verbal abuse all throughout the story, the MC’s actions and how he physically treated the ML has been nothing but loving and kind.
So I can see why the ML is confused and is still in love with him. The MC’s actions don’t match his words. If they did, I’d definitely hate him as much as y’all do.
It’s definitely still a toxic relationship, but I have a lot more hope for the MC now than I would if it was his actions that were abusive, while his words were sweet.
Lol yeah drugging him, raping(?) him, and then blaming it on him is very loving actions—

Everything the MC does seem to turn back on him instantly. Makes it hard for me to hate him and it makes me laugh at him instead.

The plot is literally so juicy and yet, all y’all can talk about is victor’s yassified appearance and how good Ian x Van look together…

I think he got yassified cuz of how yohan is making him feel things and slowly making him comfortable enough to ease back into how he as before the "trauma". So its kinda a mixed of the edgy victor and the cutie victor. Its my take on this.
I’m glad that Gren found his way to rehab. This moment might be the thing that makes him realize that what he’s doing is not only hurting himself, but the only person who’s ever cared about him.
That aside, I can’t wait to see what Gren looks like when he’s clean. I hope he’ll live long enough for us to see that.

I honestly feel bad for the MC. The seme’s indecisiveness went from being cute to annoying real quick. It’s to the point that even after the end, I’m still questioning whether or not he actually likes the MC.
I wouldn’t mind it if there was at least some character development, but no, he remains indecisive all the way to the end, even after they’re together.
