So apparently the ML is actually cheating on our FL. He wanted to marry FL because she has money / power. The whole thing of "ruining their plans" is over the fact that the poison won't allow her to live past 18. FL finds out about the cheating and doesnt want to marry him. But then hes like, well I can marry you when you're 17 I think? He then gets better kinda when he decides to die in the FL's place by taking the poison from her body to his own but I don't think he's redeemable tho. Apparently he also wanted both sisters cause he eventually fell in love with FL after she saved him again. Either way he is a scumbag and I do hope he goes bye bye and FL gives a (￣ε(#￣)Σ and (︶︿︶)＝凸 to her participating cheater sister who was in on the poisoning. I want her to get away from there, get power and given an F you to everyone who wronged herヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

I read up to ch48 in chinese (idk chinese, just translated it as i was reading) but then got tired and stopped, i might pick it up again someday lol! Anyway , i find this emperor An kind of confusing and i feel like every character needs further developpement
The plot is realy confusing as i said, i mean every chinese manhua , even the good ones like "The ghostly doctor" or "Holy chef, Crazy empress " would've felt like this at 20+ pr 30+ chapters. I think it's better to wait for like 50+ chapters for it to make a little sens lol .
Anyway here are some important things i understood so far.
1/ In the past he was ambushed and the Fl helped him but then her sister came and told her that she could get in trouble if he wakes up and sees her , the truth is the sister payed some guys to ambush him and just injure him so that she can save him and he falls in love with her or something like that, But he knows that the FL saved him because he saw her just before collapsing and he remembers the scene clearly, he also suspects that it was a scheme from the sister.
2/ Emperor An is realy affected by the fact that shishi is sick and dying, but he doesn't show it because no one knows that she saved him and she doesn't remember it but he make it feel like it only affects him because he wants to marry her for the power of her family and tell her that she's just a pawn in his plans.
3/ The identity of the sister and her mother is realy mysterious she wants power to take revenge for something that happened in the past to her wlan ( But we don't have any more details)
4/ The sister is approached by one of An's brothers ( The one with blus/gray hair), he knows about her past and wants to use her against An .
5/ The white haired doctor/ Friend of An, telle him that she might not be able to live those 2 years as she was poisoned from birth and is very feeble so he tries eveything in his power to save her.
6/ It is also said that Shishi is poisoned by 3 different people and they are all together in it since it has to be a specific dose of each poison to obtain such effect at her age . She isn't bothered by her coming death but wishes to find the ones behind it before she dies.
I really hope glasses boy becomes the ml. Our current most likely ml is honestly human trash. I honestly don't care if there is a redemption arc, I hope he feels the pain and regret that comes from his past actions. Seriously tho, F u for trying to tie our girl down by wanting to impregnate her without consent. And the whole tossing someone in a wheelchair into a pool, (╬￣皿￣)凸 They could have died from that. You need to disappear from my eyes. Our FL is way too inconsistent too. She has her commitment to her "true love" and all but she honestly gives her body and leads him on so easily. This has honestly turned into a guilty read...

This story had potential. Too bad it didn't live up to it though. I mean, I feel bittersweet about reading the entire thing. Just sorta epitomized mid. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
Its honestly been a while since I read this but I remember clearly how trash this was and the anger I felt. The dad- aka trash bin. He could honestly care less in how he takes care of his son (mentally for sure from what I remember). And that sorta friend who hooks up with the dad. First off, f*ck you. I would hate having you as a friend and I'm sure as hell that I would absolutely despise you for what shit you pulled and how you ignored the son of the man you chased. You hold no consideration and only selfishness. That duo can screw themselves and are a pair of trash truly meant to be together. That son deserved better. This story was not cute at all and reeked of f-ed up shiz. These people need to reevaluate themselves. Sorry for this rant, I just honestly could not stand this story and what it represents. I can like an age gap too btw but this was not cool in the slightest. Both characters were just gross. Period.
Thank you! I could not say it better! This "father" directly blamed his 10 years old son for existing! He blamed him for everything that didn't go well in his life! He never were a father to him! He treated him as a dog on a leash! And he ended with the guy who was blackmailing his son all the time! I have read all kind of yaoi and shonen-ai but I have never been so disgusted and literally on the edge of throwing up! I was about to give 5 stars because of the 1st couple only after I read the 1st chapter but after this toxic bullshit I won't vote because I know if I do it I will click on 1 star :/
Am I the only one hoping our MC becomes an anti-hero that goes against the upper echelon? Like, the science community is totally bat sh*t crazy and the government is totally okay with it. The principal is just one example of a privileged man treating Anomalies like play things for his entertainment and experimentation. I really hope our MC goes equally crazy as well because of this horrible society that surrounds him and becomes an almost godlike figure. Maybe kind of like Eren Yeager but selfish for himself if that makes sense. I want the blood of the privileged man. ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

Damn this author is a curve ball pro. They keep throwing in plot twists and making me somersault everywhere being like, "WOAHHH," "Oh SH**TTT, WHATTTT?!!" I honestly just want to gobble this manga up in one gulp but here I am barely clinging on with one chapter at a time. But, then the chapters are short and still keep manage to always end with cliffhangers and making me feel like I'm being blue balled (despite the fact that I'm no male). TrEaT mE RiGhT AuthOr-SamA, yOu ArE AbuSinG Me HerE. I am honestly scared about the ending and if it will live up to my expectations and leave me feeling satisfied with the end. I hope it does because I really don't want to be left crying over this amazing and lovely manga for the rest of my life... Here's to hoping!(๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I can't stand this man. Our FL is amazing. She is the independent woman we all can stan, is amazing at her job, can cook like a boss, able to be fierce and stand up for herself, etc. Then comes this man who somehow will presumably steamroll his way into her heart all while being the most selfish and inconsiderate man that we all have seen. THE POINT THAT MAKES ME THE MOST MAD IS THAT HE F******* STEALS ALL HER FOOD LIKES ITS HIS BASIC BIRTH RIGHT!!!! WTF?!!? Honey, jump and run. Find someone who will give a damn about your feelings and treat you right. If a 2nd ml shows up and is in the form of an angel AND she still sticks with the all powerful God Seung here, I will be livid and drown in my own river of tears I swear.
Man, having our MC move the plot around for the sake of his girlfriend reallyyyy sucks. It just feels weak sauce you know? I'd rather have actual character development where he has to go against this guy for the sake of himself. I'd like a bit of edge or trauma or strengthening his will or something. He is too basic.
