Nope, you're right! G and A were classmates back when they were in High School. A had a crush on G, but was never able to confess for fear that he'd be humiliated. It looks like G might have also liked A back then, but he never said anything. Fast forward to their high school reunion, we see G and A walking down the street together. G admits to also liking men and how, if he was honest during High School, then maybe he and A would be dating by now. Essentially saying that he had a crush on A. A replies "You're too late," (probably because A is now in love with B). And they part ways, but G remarks that he isn't "too late yet" (look at the phone) which I'm guessing means he's about to try and get A to fall in love with him again. Meanwhile, B just arrived at A's house.
