I need to find this one manga. I'm pretty sure it was a manga (it was black & white) but there's a chance it's Korean

Explanation:
(The beginning)
The girl MC was like a delivery girl who was delivering letters riding her bike (I think she was late for something so she was riding it fast) and then she got hit by a car.
She had broken her legs and was in the hospital. At the hospital, the car driver came to apologize with a bunch of snacks and treats. BTW, the ML was the car driver.
She was mad and threw the pie he brought in his face.

The guy ended up taking care of the girl while her legs were broken and healing and they started having feelings for each other. (Also they lived together while he took care of her, I'm pretty sure)

I'm pretty sure the guy was like rich, popular and good looking while the girl was just a normal girl so some people were jealous of her.

I think it was an enemies -> lovers trope so they fought a lot.
