Also regarding the story I really like Ovarou as a character. It was hard at first but I like how with ever rank up their names change. I would have liked Yakusharo or Yashurou better NGL. But Ovarou is fine too. When he went back to mourn the elder goblin :(( he wasn't a good character he was a monster (as they all are) but he was good to certain people like raising them and teaching them all at the start. There's many characters I've become attached to now. I love the rivaling between Minokichi and Ovarou too and now Revenger and Rusty Sword are another group of friends that are rivals. I love those kinds of bonds! How all the 8th generals are pushing themselves to be stronger and better. In the end they all want to protect themselves and their families and their livelihood. There are no good or bad characters. It's not so black and white. They are morally gray and they're monsters/creatures. They don't have human morals or how their society works. So even if I dislike something (almost dropped it when they turned the elves into slaves with aphrodisiacs ) I can't get mad cause they don't work like us their minds. Duh they're monsters. I'm so sad I've caught up now I have to wait long periods of times for updates sobs
I'm glad I'm retrospect we get to understand why Jaewon was so emotionally unavailable. It all came down to fear. To be attached to things and get them ripped away from him. To be hurt or used. I'm glad he's realized that he can love. That he doesn't have to live a mundane life without having a single person love him that he doesn't have to live without a single proper attachment. Cause that sounds like a pretty miserable life. Probably what lead him to acting do shitty at first. But he realizes it and properly apologizes from it and has grown from it so I don't understand why people keep shitting on him like sorry you can't get over a first impression and you don't believe people can change. It's like he's been living his life with a blindfold on but trying to go about it with logic instead of instincts. And Eunho yeah he's gone through a lot too I'm glad we get to see his point of view and the shit he's gone through. I don't think he's gotten much character development at all and he was just the typical crybaby bottom until now but at least he finally learned what the fuck Is communication. They both did. But at least Jaewon was ready to confront things and he kept running away. Understandable cause he's been a victim of so many things and often when we're in pain we don't want the people we know personally to find it. Cause that's scarier. What if they reject us? Accuse us? Say it's not a big thing, get over it? It would DESTROY you. And with having at stakes what he had which was their careers I understand how he got blackmailed. But then again aren't they massive superstars against the word of a single trainee nobody knows who the fuck he Is? But again the base of both their issues in life here is and was FEAR. They both FEARED. And that's such a human emotion. I don't blame anyone for the situation they've had and the cards they've been given in life. I hope we get further healing from Eunho soon and he can FINALLY start developing a sense of self worth and confidence. That he can speak his mind. Honestly I'd love it for him to express ANGER. Cause he never has this entire MF manga it's like the author was like Eunho? Crying, feel bad about him, sad and easily to manipulate. GIVE HIM MORE EMOTIONS STOP MAKING HIM A STATIC CHARACTER. You've given Jaewon so many damn emotions understandable he's the MC but pay attention to the ML he's the second most important here.

Yuu is a really anxious person. If y'all haven't noticed it then you're blind. They're both such avoidant attachment styles of people and they clash but that means that they understand each other better and especially when they're struggling. I understand his fear it's normal tbh it's scary starting something new and putting something down to do so! In this instance it's his living situation with his boyfriend and their physical relationship, starting a more long distance one to start managing the tofu shop he inherited but he's actually really passionate about it. I hope they can work through this new hurdle in their relationship! It's honestly realistic.
