The uke with tattoo is only faking it ( the body swap),(flashback) he was a classmate of that seme when they were in High School. But the seme don't really know him because he was only focusing on his Best Friend the neat guy. The uke have a family problem and more. Then I think he already gave up on the seme but he suddenly saw him in the bar and seduce him and that's how they became sex friends. Going back to the story the Seme caught the uke lying because his friend ( the neat guy ) woke up already. I think the neat guy has a crush on someone else , the seme and the uke had a very long conversation and they got back and became a real couple.
