Also, in addition to Hibary Lacie's FB post (which clarifies what has been going on and that it wasn't rape): Akihito initiated sex with Asami later that same night. I think you are confusing sexual asault with sexual desire. Real rape and sexual assault is about power, not lust. I know this is yaoi, but I don't think this time it is a seductive metaphor or role play. In this case, is about taking power over the thing Aasami loves, not about wanting Aki (much like BJ gate was about Asami as much as it was aimed at Aki--though it didn't hurt that Aki was cute). Think of it as pissing on Aki like a dog pisses on another dog's territory--touching what is Asami's and defiling it.
