What I think is really interesting is that from the beginning (since he was stuck in the loop because of law) I had a thought that Jesse had set something up to repeat and remind him to find his way out (of the loop from moritat). And now having this scene !! I think it brought more light to my theory. I think Jesse may have connected this scene here (probably because it was traumatic) to the girl dropping the cups so occasionally in the same area. Remember from the beginning she was always "clumsy" . I think Jesse may have 'programmed' her to drop the cups in the same area hopefully triggering his memory from this traumatic experience ...

This totally just made me more confused !! This veered into a different direction than I thought it would go .
