So i read the raws, and this has 65 chapters, i don't know korean, but i think mc never tells the ml that he could die, from what can undersand they got in some kind of fight, then mc disapears and ml starts looking for him like crazy, then he discovers the mc in the hospital, he went to get surgery alone, he was in coma for a very long time, when he wakes up he has super long hair, ml was with him the whole time, when mc wakes up ml takes him to his house and treat him like crysral doll, i guess is a happy ending
