Not her father. The manhwa failed to explain that Yato after killing her father never changed appearance again because he didn't used the vessel of the father just his looks. This is literally his body not her father's. And by the end Yato doesn't resemble her father anymore as he is taller, more muscular and his hair brown not black, also his eyes are red no blue. So not she isn't kissing her father's corpse

They failed to explain a lot of things. For example they made it look like Soru didn't love Yato but her husband when it wasn't true. In the novel she realized everything Yato did and why and she fell for him, because he a monster that was born with only hunger was treating her like nobody else. She wasn't in love with her husband she just admired him and his light. Also in the novel when she asked if there are flowers in that place he said no and slowly he planted flowers for 6 months to surprise her. And when he took her there he told her his name and she told him she loved him (that happens 6 months after they left the human world) the real ending is the 3 years later when her ex sees them in the market and Soru is better and they started traveling the world

So they just selected the most endearing and important parts and decided to chop it off
