Maybe its cuz of the power of the story. Like in the start Maize and Hailey couldn't help but like him. Since mc was isekaid she snapped out of it and helped Hailey. But the princess is the original female lead so I guess the attraction is more for her.

Please hear me out With the female leads attitude, of course because of her sudden change in character other characters are now uncomfortable. So the story is about her trying to get close with the male lead but I don’t know if you guys see how obsessive she is to the point of watching him from a tall mountain in secret, it’s creepy their just making the scenes not so bad to be stalked by our lovely MC’s face. yeah I shouldn’t bring real life into this but if you think about what her favourite character has been through being abused by his family and she too also took part in making his life miserable, do you think the he’ll come to like her even more because she’s stalking him? Kinda disappointed how these people place the Strong Female Lead MC is just focusing on her favourite character, nothing else how can this be placed as Strong Female Lead if she hasn’t done anything other then apologize though her apology wasn’t really excepted. Her personality annoys me in some way because she’s the villainess in the story, when she apologized to her favourite character what the heck did she expect? That he would come in open arms and forgive her? Then I’m really disappointed in her because these things take awhile, it’s not something you can easily apologize and be like ohhh the problem is now over. I’m getting weird vibes, kinda sad how they make stalking look fun because it isn’t really.
Like come on this is your standard for Strong Female Lead? I really expected more but Let’s wait if the story gets better from here
