The 3rd chapter confirmed the uke genuinely did not care about any of the people he hurt or anyone around him. It took the seme doing the exact same thing to him for the uke to be like “I understand how girls feel” meaning he hadn’t consider their feelings whatsoever. We dont know exactly how and who carried the child or if she just poofed out of nowhere since there was only a time skip from the conversation to shin and the emperor holding their child.
It's briefly explained in season 3 chapter 2 that the queen used the emperor's DNA and magic to create Epsilon. It looks like she grew in that floating magic crystal thing instead of a womb for the full 10 months of a pregnancy.

I think more so than his own desires, maybe it’s a past life plaguing his mind? Like the original Kane, the one whose name he was made to take as a child. Really hope it doesn’t go all in on the sexual desire plot and still mostly focuses on mystery surrounding the father. Would love a scene where Kane digs up his brother’s corpse to see if he still has a heart. That would be interesting.

There is absolutely nothing stopping him from coming up with a little plan to avoid getting on the plane last minute and calling his parents to beg them to buy him a plane ticket home.
