probably my fourth time reading this? my fifth? and it still stands strong as my absolute favorite. if i wrote every little thought about it i’d be here all day, so i’ll sun it up: absolutely spectacular. it’s so real and beautiful and it just confronts so many topics and emotions that a lot of stories like to hide away. amazing.
really good story. i love the message that it brought with it, and how real it was in a more psychological sense, one that refers to the darker sides of human nature as a collective.
i will admit that the ending seemed a little bit hollow compared to what it could have been, and that it felt like there were some loose ends, but all in all it was enjoyable.
