So if mc can switch genders by kissing or maybe someone can switch genders at anytime, what if they are pregnant and like they switch genders. Does the fetus disappear or it will still be there after switching back

My guess would be the body would change into kind of a omega-body like in omega-verse where men also have a uterus and can get pregnant. So the fetus would stay and wouldn't be harmed.
If the fetus would disappear, the next question would be - would it come back when switching back?
