I very much agree with some of these comments, he is not at fault. From the very short scene, it suggests that the composer did not make any agreements and then went back on it. The S guy, from his own free will, decided to sell everything before composer had agreed to anything. And he is to blame because he said no? Does everyone who thinks he is guilty also think that people shouldn't break up with awful partners if they threaten S? That you have to say yes when you don't want to because of threats?
