There is a rape scene where Cole tries to do it with Issac but Issac punched him and Felix comes to save him. Cole announces that Issac is an Omega which is how he found out. That part will probably be soon. When it comes to Felix finding out Ben is his son will be after that chapter most likely. So I can speculate that after 4 to 5 chapters is when he will know.
