MC has a childhood best friend who he is in love with. Feeling stressed out and suffocated by his 10 year unrequited love, he decides to start meeting new friends by playing an mmorpg. Our MC meets the ML while he’s getting his ass beat by low level monsters and helps him out. Their chance encounter turns into a budding friendship that leads to an offline meetup…. but the ML is??

Everything was great until *that one chapter*, the author really wanted to remind us what the ML was lol. I won’t bash on this story cause it was only for like one chapter but it just felt wrong reading that part.

MC meets up with his best friend to discuss the friends latest crush. The best friend begs the MC to “watch over my crush while i’m away!” and so he becomes a part timer at the same place as said crush (the ML), one big problem for him though, the ML is exactly the MC’s type.

The misunderstanding plot was meh but the characters were enjoyable. I could see how the best friend got caught up in a lie and since he’s not that smart it makes sense why it kept getting worse for him lol. I doubt i’ll reread this but it wasn’t bad at all.

MC is a high schooler in love with his childhood beast friend, but that friend is always dating a new girl. After listening to his friend and always offering him love advice, students see this and start a rumor “tell the MC about your love troubles and it’ll work out with your crush!”. unexpectedly, this causes his cold / standoffish neighbor (the ML) to come looking for advice.

10/10 good story, love the characters and second romance, and will definitely re read this later.
