I haven't read this manga so im not sure whether there is a scanlator note or not, but every scanlator would advice to NOT repost on any social media and to SUPPORT the author (if you can) when the official chapter got released.
Every free manga/anime is illegal. Nothing good is free. If you have to pay to watch/read anime/manga on sites other than Crunchyroll, Netflix, Bookwalker etc, you're probably getting scammed.
