5 points because of the gorgeous art and 1.8 for the story. While I prefer Carsein, I can accept the ending because let's be honest, it's obvious since the beginning. Also, I've read the novel and to see that the manhwa got rushed because people keep insisting it, is kinda disappointing.
Reading the last author's note, "There's more I wish to show" made me quite sad because I'm sure they wanted the pacing to feel more natural :/
I get hating the story, but to go out of your way to harrass the author because you hate one character in the story is fuck up.
To anyone who's reading this and wonder should I give Abandoned Empress a go or not, read a couple chapters to decide.
Because honestly if it weren't for the art, I wouldn't have stayed. Story wise, it's not the best. But it's not the worst either.
