At first I was okay with their story, a little basic compared to the first couple but now I just feel uninterested. I loved Bora but this part meh, I don’t like her that much now.

Derek is not utterly stupid btw *SPOILERS* Yvonne is doing some brainwashing that enhance certain feelings and reduce common sense. Like when people act recklessly. For example, Eclis (knight/slave) she enhanced possessiveness and jealously thus he didn't even think of Penelope's feelings. Basically if he was in the right mind and not influenced he would have double checked and remember entering with Yvonne in a formal gathering is basically confirming to everyone that Yvonne is the missing sister despite it is not certain yet. The dad wanted to double check bc you can't simply trust Yvonne's words.
