I feel the need to point out how marvelous and gorgeous the art is, I'm truly impressed by how well the mood is set through the art alone. Also, we're all agreeing that even though the dad (current emperor) is somewhat a little nice to our protag in the latest few chps, he STILL SUCKS right??! Like- all throughout our ml's life he was neglected, looked down on and snuffed by him despite his illnesses. Not to mention the absolute favoritism the dad was playing w the hero and the ml. Absolutely detestable, I hope the ml doesn't just forgive him in the later chapters. HMPH

This. Is. Spectacular work. I was honestly a little repelled in the beginning with all the gore but the plot drew me in so deep and the story progression, the character development, the ending, everything makes this manga a really really great work. One of my favorite now! <3

The top is literally a shameless killer who kills whoever he wants but ppl treat him like some invincible guy and keep backing him up, especially the bottom.
