I really was hoping towards the end of the novel that Inseob will die considering how he mentioned many times he couldn't live without Inseob at all and would just kill himself if that happened.

Now you sayin' this, I remember old people here told me usually if the wife dies first due to ages and the husband grieving so much, he will follow soon to die. Different when it's the husband who dies first, usually the wife lives longer. Not saying Inseob is the wife, but WooYeon would be so much grief if that happened.
But then I remember WooYeon said to the CEO that he wanted to live good and longer. Probably because he already imagined how painful it is living without Inseob so he can't bear to think if he leaves first. He knows Inseob would be so much in grief. Bro just loves Inseob so much, he wants to make sure he will live longer so he can take care of Inseob.
I sort of don't buy that much that he doesn't want Inseob to feel miserable because of how many times he made Inseob do things that he doesn't like. But after reading a few times on certain chapters probably the balance between his impulsiveness-selfishness and prioritizing Inseob before himself is like a very thin line for him. Many times he probably crossed over it due to Inseob's personality which makes us readers couldn't help thinking he's a trash. Then again, that's what we would have expected from someone with fucked up mind. I was confident he would have killed himself if Inseob dies before him.
