With how they portrayed it, it looked like the queen became bewitched by the previous queen, and because she didn't know what love was she developed an obsession that got transferred to the son because he looked so much like his mother. Doomed Yuri here, wonder if queen would have gotten her girl in a different era.
This is probably an old novel adapted to manhwa, it's very telling with the ml's personality, that is used to be a trend back then.

I don't think there much plot, it's mostly a look into the love:struggles/and everything that goes into a relationship. it's a slice of life so we basically just watch the life of ml and mc! I would still recommend it because it's a fun read!

I forgot a lot of details since I've read the novel years ago but basically from what I've remember there's still challenge that both of them will have to face, like jealousy, communication problems, inseob's insecurities, Wooyeon's trying his best to be better for Inseob.
Anyway due to Inseob's poor health Wooyeon's always paranoid whenever inseob feel something off with his body or when he's hurt a little, Wooyeon's will always dragged him to the hospital for full body check up
There's also a time where both of the thought that one another is cheating but anyway, there are fluff and the author really showcase how Wooyeon cares to Inseob. There's also highschool AU, more scene with the ceo and manager, scene with inseob's brother encountering Wooyeon, and them living together in US and marrying each other.
