i don’t think SH is gonna get a character development bc i think what the author is focusing on, is how mentally damaged he is, showing his traumas and corrupted personality trough the story and the cruelty of a hurt man like him. Also, by doing this i think is good that she’s not making SH look like he’s gonna change thanks to NK or for NK bc these kind of ppl do not change easily en real life, they need their time and psychological assistance :s AND their partner are never and should never be their personal therapist.
In fact, idk if it was her intention but i liked that she’s pointing out how bad it is to fall for smn as bad as SH by the kisaeng saying so to NK, this way she’s stating the relationship between the characters should not be romantized at all.
neways. this is my point of view and i may be wrong and author may show me she doesn’t care morals at all for this story but at least this what i wanna think lmao
