Guy falls in love with vampire. Vampire guy realizes his health is declining. Vampire guy realizes he’s dying. Rushes over to his lover to say goodbye. They both confess their love and human guy is apologizing. Vampire guy says I love you one more time before his body disappears into thin air. Human guy later on meets someone who was family to his vampire lover. The ending you could see them talking about the Vampire guy.
Just an fyi, I’m not fluent in Korean, so I could only make out some thing that were said. And went based off of my interpretation. But they did say I love you and stuff like that.
