The plot is strikingly similar, its called Andhadhun and you can check the trailer, its a really good psycho thriller.

I think Chunwoo still had feelings for Taesoo so he slept with Ho-in thinking it would make Taesoo mad or at least confess his feelings towards Chunwoo but it didnt work.
