Wow. That was the first time after a while that I actually have to read every single text and bubble to understand the story and actually here for the plot and not just the sex.
So sad that they have to discontinue the webtoon with its beautiful art just because of some petty readers not knowing how to separate fiction from reality.
But it’s a fun read, regardless. The depth of the story is really good and it takes some serious reading to not get lost in the plot.

I meant because the korean readers’ been criticizing the author for using Chinese setting in this work. Basically, the author should have the freedom to create a world for its creation but in this case, they bash the author and thus resulted to the webtoon cut short.
Ngl, I saw it coming and already wondering why they use china as the setting. These 3 siblings honestly keep attacking each other at every chances in the manhwa/manhua/manga that I read that I was so confused that a korean author dare to make china as setting. The story is cool, great and all, but still why?? Yes the author has the freedom, but these 3 siblings, from what I know is very very petty and held grudge quite deep. There are too many cases for that.

See this?! You can literally write a character that’s rich, handsome, AND HAS IS A GREEN FLAG (with a little naughtiness as hot touch up) like Yoonsung!!! Enough is enough with douche abusive tops! ALSO, you can make bottoms like Hakyung that may be poor and needy but is still innocent and pure and kind and soft AND SEXY (without him being all messed up and exhausted with rapish sexy scenes literally every chapter).
My point is…this manhwa is sooo good and highly recommended. I love the balance and pacing of the story and so far, all characters are reasonable enough on the flow of the story and no one’s just plain annoying.
Also maybe because the timing and anticipation is just right that I really love their love scene. I can see YS really loves and cares for HK himself and not because he’s just a substitute to a ghost of his past. At this point, he might as well not care for the “past Jiyoung” and just focus on his “boyfriend Hakyung” now!
Sorry I mean to upvote, I fully agree. They care so much for each other. I'm dying to know what happened between them in the past that led to Hakyung being shunned by the whole family.
And I agree about loving the present hakyung but I do want him to so badly get his memories back so he can remember the sweet and innocent and pure love they had for each other 7 years ago and realize that they really were destined for each other. It breaks my heart that only Hakyung knows what truly happened between them!
