Honestly, I want some allies w/ that tone too cuz it's hard not to simp in iodore but I think, the reason why most villain, was because most of the top 10 was from diff countries (not a racist), I just think that since koreans are mostly yellow skinned, the dark skinned are from diff countries

That's recency bias. There are just as many dark skin characters who are good. Unless ofc you are saying all dark skinned people HAVE to be portrayed as good which is also racist.
The issue is that there ARE allies with those skin colors we've just haven't been seeing any allies recently
