This is my third time rereading it and just so much heartache for this boy having a special/natural talent to be good/amazing any sports he do, he just want to have a place where he belong but age as him reject him and hating him for his talent and having him want the other team gain points just to feel them satisfied and not blame him. And his teammates being hateful to him even though al he do is for the team to win and still being misunderstood as 'he only thinks of himself' meanwhile his teammates are the one thinking about themselves.
Getting offer from other school is a big deal cause he is the one they want and not his teammates, when his teammates aren't doing enough for the team,for themselves,and for the sponsors to catch their attention.
I remember that one of his teammate fake having elbow pain cause they see him performing his best in field and they got intimidated. Now they blame him !!!!!!
The 1st chap having the 1st page 1st sentence "baseball, i've never once been glad i picked this sport" cause he though he will have so many friends and that friends ended up being jealous of him and hating him
Reading this again make my blood boil on how the bambie's coach is so pushy and manipulated a lil bit aya just to get him participate in U12, although yea i get the coach that he wants aya to be in a team where the coach he belong but he never took consideration on how a child would feel. Aya is still coping and being pressured to join in u12 is so stressful
