He was intentionally blocked by the “bad” gods from understanding and learning others languages in order to not survive in the forest , later on when Rope will borrow from his force to become the overseer of this world, Rope will dismantle the remaining spells including the language problem

.That’s the name given/ chosen to the big “evil magic” rock in the Emperor’s kingdom that is used to defeat the forest. There are 5 rocks including that one created in experiments by a god , they discovered that 4 were successful and one a failure. The rocks ‘ purposes was discovered to give death to the gods who wanted to end their life because they don’t have a lifespan. So the gods that “ invented” it knew it was too strong and effective so they were scared and said that only one was successful ( the failed one ) while the rest was a failure and hid them away, later on the apprentices stole of the “ failures, gave it to that evil king in order to supress the forest, kings and dragons in order to steal their divine energy and claim it as their so they could become gods instead of god apprentices. After MC undid the curse, he freed unintentionally the rock and it was named Rope.
