I doubt that thooo? Idk I might be wrong but the seme said "not this again" and since he has a picture of his family but the dads picture can't be seen he probably goes to every new person asking if they're his dad

This is true, but MC looks like he’d be weak to the kid wanting a family/father (since he’s also an orphan) so I doubt he’d just turn the kid away
