Plagiarism and copying is viewed differently in some Asian countries… the reason why you see majority of Korean BLs all pretty much write the same type of story is because if one story becomes super popular like let’s say jinx for example almost 90% of the authors, publishers etc… will want to replicate that success by also having their own toxic story with a toxic seme. Aka just follow the same formula if you watch k drama or k pop it’s pretty much the same. If you want more variety and creativity and original BLs just read Japanese manga.

Since 2020 for goodness sake just end it already all the tension and excitement is gone I’ve never seen an amnesia plot botched so badly? I don’t care about the plot twist that Min Hyuk is the secret villain, I don’t care about his backstory…. Like who cares? I wanted to see the redemption arc of Taesung although I’m not a fan he is the ML and it’s better to focus on his character development so we as readers can see if he can salvage something and be worthy of Soo-Young and see Soo-Young get back on his feet after all his suffered through 100+ chapters, Now their relationship takes a back burner whatever direction it was going to read this crap!! Smh!!

Edit: My preferred ending would be a tragedy were they all die except MC who lives on to finally find happiness. But I don’t think author ballsy enough for that.

Pilowon body what happened there? The ending was the worst no words to explain that nonsense. The second half of the season was just doing too much like yikes!! Slow down and we never got a chance to get a break see the couple somewhat happy just dramatics right up till the end

Pilowon must have been more popular with the Korean readers because I don’t see anyone have anything good to say about him across the English translation sites. He wasn’t a likeable villain so I’m skeptical in the author telling the truth on that one.

The twins story and background would have been more interesting if they came in earlier in the story. So honestly I didn’t care about them by the end.

I’ll say the 1st season was great but I wont bother remembering the second half because it was a shitshow.
