Allail is another marquis (who is not Maetel)but the only red head among nobles/royals. Louis has no idea that the father is Maetel since he (Louis) was told he went in a motel with a red haired man. But it was actually Maetel in a red wig that night.
I don’t think so because allail is a marquess Louis said it in chapter 21 I think he has red hair that’s why Louis thinks he is the father we don’t know what he looks like yet
