Hypothetically if this happened in real life their daughter would have been labeled a hermaphrodite. Them they would have checked to see which genital set was fully set up and develop properly. There is a
99.9% (The reason I use 99.9% is cause there has not been a recorded case of a hermaphrodite having 2 fully functioning set of sex organs. It could potentially happen but the odds are not in their favor.) chance that someone born with both genitalia will only have one fully functional set and a residual set that will never work properly, then remove the other set.
It doesn't mean much for this story since obviously it was fictional but in case anyone was curious.

Ik some people aren't a huge fan of the artstyle change but hear me out. The new artstyle is more consistent. Whereas the old artstyle had really high highs but the lows were kinda . Versus now the great moments may not be as great but there so far hasn't been a point where I questioned the art. Plus I still think it's reaaallly good. Like it went from a 9 to an 8.5 so I don't think it's enough to worry.

Spoiler
A lot of people are acting like Cirrus isn't also the problem with the shit that happened in chapter 101. Skylar reacting violently to all his problems is a red flag but CiCi is also on the opposite end of the spectrum as his instinctual reaction to a problem is to emotionally manipulate them. CiCi was trying to hurt Skylar as much as possible knowing damn well what triggers he has. There was no excuse for Sky to react the way he did but there's also no excuse for the shit CiCi was doing either. Both were equally problematic and I'm gonna real I don't want them to break up but their behaviors and trauma are crazy dehabilitating to them. They definitely need a 3rd party (therapy, a good parental figure, etc.) to set them on a track for recovery, because clearly both of them are too stubborn to do it themselves.

I find it interesting that the MC felt she was the one who didn’t fit in yet color palette wise she used to constantly wear black and reds with some greens which fit in really nicely with the family. The green giving her some individuality but still very much suiting the palette. Versus Lorbitcha always wore white, blues, and pastels which made her stand out. Like she would look very odd in a family portrait when 4 of the 5 (mc included) match each other and then there’s Lorbitcha on the side lookin like a sore thumb. I do think the color choices were made more so to contrast their personalities and standing. But in practice when the rest of the Nacht’s are dressed like each other Lorbitcha ends up being the piece that doesn’t fit.
Which based off what I’ve read so far could also be symbolic in that regard as well. But this isn’t literature class so it probably isn’t that deep I just wanted to point out something I’ve noticed as I reread this.
Still hella invested in this lol Inferna is such a good boy
