I knew people were going to complain about the last chapter. But I was pretty ok with it, super super sus, but it wasn't so morally wrong that it ruined everything for me. The author was reaaally dodging that grooming tag by making Mr. Uncle oblivious; stupid af and that was good enough for me lol.
Sometimes, even when a person is forced to become a monster, the most responsible humane thing to do is end their suffering. Shigaraki has spent his whole life used, conditioned, and brainwashed to think his actions have enough reason and meaning to be justified. He'll probably never understand why his actions were so frowned upon and even if he does he's not going to think anything he did was wrong.
Unless someone can reset him into a child using some plot bull shit, the guy is going to spend the rest of his life like that. (Or the author decides to redeem him which I don't think id possible to do so and make it well written) So I think it's best for them to end him.
That end bit about how they're still researching how monsters came to be with that redundant hypothesis. Was as it is redundancy
I wish more drugs were involved. That way, I could justify Sovian"s wishy washy behavior that would flip like a switch even at the beginning of the story.
I've been reading this shit since the first one got released in Japanese on MRM. It's been interesting watching the author's art improve as each story gets more and more depraved. I think the wacky tits are also a part of that one fetish where a mangaka would make a handsome or pretty women have someone crazy going on with their body (ie wacky tits, weird genitalia, hairiness, something else wild, you get the point). In this case it's a literal manifestation of what the father in law has been doing to Haruka.
The piss thing doesn't bug me and in this case I do genuinely think it was a regular squirt. Man's is an omega after all...
Out of the 2 characters, Makoto had the most character growth, and I love him. He's so sweet, and I'm glad even with all the shit that happened and his own demons, he's happy now.
I was hoping that the mc had gotten turned into a girl, and the chick on the cover was him smh
Diana was probably a good person but has become lost in fear and greed. (Ie grew a massive ego) It's probably why she lost her powers to begin with. I don't think she meant what she said to Diana (At least the first part she said. She's still stupid af tho cause all it did was make her sound like a hypocrite) and was probably hoping she could just put Hess in a corner by saying some dumb shit like that. It's also very clear that Diana really does think that she's above her own actions, and that because Hestia isn't her that it's ok to point fingers.
That would also explain why she only invited people close to her. She wants them to act as her support and defend/agree with the shit she's spewing, along with the belief they'll follow along with whatever she says
When we as fan's of ORV have been burned so many times by Kim Dokja's suicidal tendencies we just know what Yiseon's smile means.
The fact that none of us remember dick ajusshi's name and only know him as the schlong diddler is so funny.
I like that she isn't good at art, but that they also established that the reason she's able to teach people techniques is because she still was passionate about the medium and took classes throughout her life.
Out of curiosity, does anyone know what chapter the MC is told by the system he's going to become a plant? Because I feel like he just out of the blue decides he's going to turn into a plant upon failure.
This is the first manhuas I've read where the MC is actually schizophrenic and the system ain't real.
