Because she doesn't like Theo because she doesn't want to share him with Umehiko. She sees how much Umehiko cares about Theo and is jealous. It's not like Umehiko is ignoring her and showing affection to Theo but Umehiko is trying to balance his love evenly so that he spends a lot of time with Momo. Umehiko hasn't seen Momo for a long time so he's showing her love and care while at the same time showing Theo love and affection because they are a new couple. She's not even trying to give Theo a chance and see that both her and Theo are important to Umehiko. It's annoying seeing her act so selfishly when he brother is so selfless.

I agree! Momo is at least middle school age or older so she is capable of not being the center of attention if she’s capable of acknowledging all the work Umehiko has done to raise and protect her. It’s selfish for her to forcibly try to limit his love for life to center her when she hasn’t been discarded anyway. She only wants the attention when it’s on Theo but doesn’t care much when it’s on anything else.

Humans are complex and are capable of multiple emotions at once. She can be weary and selfish simultaneously. I never stated she was wrong for having a grudge/being weirded out by Theo, I stated she’s being unfair to her brother by trying to squash the overt effort he’s putting into someone else. A good sibling should at least try to respect what seems important to the other and Momo had yet to attempt that.

I’m totally with ya, I’m not a big fan of omegaverse either. The way an omega is treated is horrible sometimes BUT this isn’t an omegaverse, it just seems like male pregnancy only. Also, these are just side stories…..they have nothing to do with the main and are just “what if” scenarios :)

I totally agree with you. Omegaverse has some interesting traits but it's hard to find stories that aren't toxic and dark. I think that's why my first impression about it wasn't very good, (I can't remember the title, it was almost a decade ago). There are some stories I liked very much, like Define the Relationship, Shima-chan Chi no Tsugai Jijou or Kono Te wo Hanasanaide.

Omg the manga you refer is Shounen No Kyoukai. I felt so sad for the characters! It hurt. Some of Akabeko's stories are dark so combined with omegaverse it's a tough combo ｡:ﾟ(;´∩`;)ﾟ:｡

Yeah I’m just traumatized from the lady what ifs like it’s lost me, the characters have no real attractive or memorable personalities bc the writing is just bad no question but the art is well done.
