It's just my conclusion but I think it's if when they have intercourse. It could possibly be also the reason why Leon lost his powers. I don't think he had intercourse with Cliff tho. So the changes might have had some triggers to happen or something. This is why even if this manhwa has so much questionable stuff and is somewhat a slow burn, I'm still hooked. Hopefully we don't get disappointed once everything is revealed tho
