Yes that's what happened in the last chapters of S1, that's why I remembered that it would become super toxic, with only the little chance that MCs parents might notice something and protect him from ML. But sadly toxic is popular, so I guess this one will take the "I forced you to be an omega and marked you, but only because I love you -> forced happy end" route (maybe similar to Stigma)
And now ML will use his pheromones again to have sex with MC, so that talking is impossible. MC will be even more convinced, that all of this is meaningless and will go have the mark removed, which will lead to his physical and mental health getting even worse. And either at the same time he runs away with his son, or he'll stay but ML will find out what happened way to late, because he doesn't pay attention
