The MC is going to be gang raped, imprisoned, beaten, dehumanized, and eventually succumbs to stockholm syndrome after the trauma he suffers. The torture he endures is justified by the narrative because he sexually abused the ML when they were both children, although fans are split on who is more 'in the wrong'.
Idk I hope you take care of yourself if this isn't your thing. The art fucks, and that's good enough for me, but obviously not everyone is willing to endure all that.
