The drama, romance, smut, story aspects and character growth are all PERFECTLY done and balanced. I've read more than 500 stories in this website, but i think this one has been the only one that felt fully resolved without any craving for some crums. Also the best seke story i've read, it was done so so well. Their dynamics are nuanced and interesting, i'll reread this so many times for sureლ(´ڡ`ლ)

I read this from start till now. I'm disappointed to say it's mostly rape and cliche plotlines with unsatisfying character growth. I really don't get why authors choose to go this kind of route. These kinds of characters and how they grow can be told in many different ways. This is the worst way. It's a shame since the art is godly T-T. I assumed it'd get better quickly and be adorbs by now by the comments, but i just feel uncomfortable and like i wasted my time...

I have no idea why the rating is so low (⊙o⊙ )?? This was a very solid and interesting story, with great pacing and satisfying ending. Really a hidden gem! Made me think i should give more chances to lower rated mangas even if most of them don't end up being very good. May find really great stories like this one :)

Hands down the most wholesome and amazing BL i have ever read. The character development, emotionality and whole plot is just ( ̄︶ ̄) I binged from ch.1 to the now current (ch.116) in a day. Lets just say that i went on a beautiful, sometimes heart wrenching emotional rollercoaster. ∞/10 would recommed this to anyone (❁´◡`❁)
I objectively really really like this story and couple, and recommend a 100% to read it!
But on a more serious note, the black erasure is disappointing. The author did some research on the maasai tribe, but couldn't bother to keep any black features except the skin color. Blue eyes, straight nose and straight hair, what kind of maasai is that? Even if the hair resembles dreads sometimes, it's still not textured hair. If he in turn did have those black features, he wouldn't be as attractive to a lot of people, which is tied to our worlds racist roots and white beauty standards. Every damn time there's black ppl as main characters in bl manga, they've got to have blue eyes or white/blond STRAIGHT hair to still fit to the beauty standard. I wish it changes soon.
Many stereotypes were adressed, so it's even more disappointing cause it otherwise is so good BUT, i'm still happy any factual talk of the tribe was included and i saw a black person in a manga, even if not represented that well. The bar isn't even on ground level srsly.....
u probably dgaf anymore but honestly I AGREE WITH U SO MUCH. I was so disappointed by the end because he literally became 50 shades lighter and had straight hair?? Like what...
